The Name Behind the Vision
The name that inspired our vision
The journey began after graduation, in conversations about technology and artificial intelligence and what they could offer society as the world changes at an accelerating pace. Working closely with students and tech enthusiasts, we noticed a gap between how fast the field was advancing and how clearly its ideas were understood by most people.
That is where the idea took shape: a project that would bring these technologies closer to society and make them easier and clearer to understand.
Searching for an identity to carry that idea, we took the name Khawarz from the Muslim scholar Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi, one of the most important mathematicians in history. His name is bound to the development of algebra and arithmetic, and its Latin form gave the world the word Algorithm.
The name was never just a linguistic choice. It ties our vision to a scientific legacy that shaped a fundamental part of mathematics and computing, and it reflects our belief in turning knowledge and method into tools that open new horizons for the future.
And so Khawarz began: with an identity drawn from a legacy of knowledge, and a vision set on the future of artificial intelligence.
