What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, company, company size, industry, the task you describe, when you would like to start, email and phone number.

We also keep a hashed (irreversible) form of your IP address to stop spam. We never store the IP address itself.

Visit statistics

We count page visits in aggregate only: date, page, language, country, device type (mobile or desktop) and the kind of site that sent you (for example a search engine). There are no cookies, no advertising pixels and no tracking of individuals.

Your light/dark theme choice is remembered in your own browser only.

Where your data is kept

The website, its database and the emails that deliver enquiries to the Khawarz team all run on Cloudflare. We do not sell or share your data, and it is never used to train any AI model.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted. Visit statistics contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your enquiry, to correct it, or to delete it at any time. Message us and we will act within 30 days.
